Before you start

Most fit issues solve themselves in under a minute. Try these four things first; they save most exchanges.

Check your fit standing straight with your arms relaxed at your sides, not raised in the air.

Every pant has a hidden adjustable waistband. The side clips give about 2 inches either way.

Vests adjust with the strap on the back. Bringing it in fixes most loose vests in seconds.

Attach the extender to your top shirt button for up to an extra inch of neck room.

Sizing exchanges are free when requested within 48 hours of delivery. Style changes, and exchanges after the 48-hour try-on window, are $15.

The exchange form takes about two minutes and works out the right replacement as you answer.

Exchanges typically ship within 1 to 2 business days, guaranteed to arrive before your event date. Tracking is emailed when it ships.

Keep every item you have for now. After your event, return it all in one box with your original prepaid label.

Pack everything back into one box. Attach your return label to the outside. Then choose either option:

Local? Drop off your return to our showroom at 520 Cinnaminson Ave, Palmyra, NJ.

Bought your look instead of renting? Purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery: unworn, unaltered, and with the original tags.
