When should you order?
1-6 months out
Finalize the details and place your order. The earlier the better.
10-14 days before
Rentals arrive with time to try everything on and make any necessary adjustments.
The big day
Look sharp. That's the whole job.
Within 3 days after
Drop off your tuxedo rental at your local UPS. Done.
Cutting it close? We accept online orders up to 10 days before the event (rush fees apply). After that, orders must be placed in-store.

For rental orders, we offer free sizing exchanges. Just let us know if anything doesn't fit within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
Purchase Returns: Most purchased items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Please contact us to start a return.
Shipped Rentals: Arrive 10-14 days early with free shipping. Earlier delivery options are available at checkout.
In-Store Pickup Rentals: Ready within 7 days of your event. You'll be notified when your order is ready for pick up.
Purchase Orders: Ship within 2-5 business days.
For rental orders,let us know of any issues within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send you a new size for free. For purchases,contact usto start a return.
Within 3 days after your event. If you need it longer, you can extend your rental for $25/week by contacting us.
For shipped orders: A return label was included in your original box. To return, place everything into one box, attach your return label and drop it off at your nearest UPS.
For in-store orders: Drop off at our showroom during regular business hours.
