Free shipping on orders $139+, on every rental and every purchase. Your look arrives early so you can try it on. Shipped rentals go back at any UPS with the prepaid label; in-store pickups return to our showroom. Everything below in detail.

Everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and the fit guarantee.
Rentals are timed to arrive 10–14 days before your event date. You'll get a tracking email when your order leaves our warehouse. That gives you over a week to try everything on, request a free size replacement if anything's off, and feel ready for your event.
Free shipping on orders $139+. Orders over $139 ship free to you, and rentals include a prepaid return label so the trip back is on us. We do not ship internationally yet.
Pack everything back in the same garment bag and box it arrived in (we include a prepaid return label). Drop it at any UPS location. If you picked up your order in store, return it to our Palmyra showroom during business hours. Returns are due within three days after your event. No laundering needed; we handle all of it.
Late fees are $20 per day, per person, after the return-by date (three days after your event), until the items are returned or the replacement cost is reached. Late fees already charged are non-refundable.
Need more time? Contact us before your return date to add an extension for $25 per week.
Standard on every rental look. Covers normal wear, accidents, minor stains, and small repairs. Without it, you'd be on the hook for any damage. With it, you only owe replacement cost for major loss or destruction. We include it automatically so you never get a surprise bill.
Yes. Purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery and before your event date, unworn, unaltered, and with the original tags. Start your return online and we will email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
You can choose exchange credit (the full item value toward a future order, with no return shipping cost deducted) or a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping. Your refund or credit is issued once the item is received.
Custom alterations void the return. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a free replacement size, no shipping cost. Style changes and later exchanges are $15. That's the perfect-fit guarantee: your look arrives early specifically so we have time to fix any sizing issue before your event.
