Shipping and returns.

Rentals are timed to arrive about 10 days before your event date. You'll get a tracking email when your order leaves our warehouse. That gives you over a week to try everything on, request a free size replacement if anything's off, and feel ready for your event.

Free shipping on orders $139+. Orders over $139 ship free to you, and rentals include a prepaid return label so the trip back is on us. We do not ship internationally yet.

Pack everything back in the same garment bag and box it arrived in (we include a prepaid return label). Drop it at any UPS location, or use our 24/7 drop-box on the side of the Palmyra showroom. Returns are due within three days after your event. No laundering needed; we handle all of it.

Late fee is $20 per day after the return-by date (three days after your event). If you're going to be late, call us and we can usually work something out. After 10 days of late fees, the rental is treated as lost and we'll charge the replacement cost to your card on file.

Standard on every rental look. Covers normal wear, accidents, minor stains, and small repairs. Without it, you'd be on the hook for any damage. With it, you only owe replacement cost for major loss or destruction. We include it automatically so you never get a surprise bill.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unaltered, with original tags. Refund issued to original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return. Custom alterations void the return policy. After 14 days, sales are final.
