What is a Damage Waiver?

The Damage Waiver is a non-refundable $10 charge per tuxedo that protects you from liability for reasonable-use damage to your tuxedo. It covers the minor wear and tear our garments may endure during your event. If a rental item is destroyed beyond repair, you may be charged a replacement fee.

The Damage Waiver is only included for complete tuxedo rentals. There is no damage-waiver fee for any individual items you rent.
